Omega Products takes pride in our color lab's quick response time and committment to properly matching color samples. To request a sample, you may do one of the following:


 1.
Contact your local sales representative.  Find a sales representative.
 2.
Complete a color request form and fax it to 951-737-1279. Download Form.
 3. Complete our new online Sample Request Form below.  Using the online form is a great way to quickly and accurately submit a sample request.  Even when using this form, we highly recommend involving your sales representative, distributor, and/or contractor in the color selection process.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use the form below to input the sample information. Enter the information from right to left, beginning with the selection of a “Product”.   To choose a custom color select “Color Match” in the Color menu and type in the information, such as DE 6165 into the text box. Click on the link “Add another color” to add another sample that is the same except for color. Additional samples may also be added by clicking on the “Add another sample” link. Enter special requirements or notes in the comments section.
